REPORT
In this report I’d like to introduce hamdan Kareem
he is 18 years old, born in Abu Dhabi studying chemical engineer employee that
he applied in our company. The place that he was interviewed in Abu Dhabi Men’s
college at 10:30 W104.
The interview was held with the attendance
of the manger of the company Mrs. Hedley Butterfield and the team leader Hassan
and I as a supervisor. Hamdan was little confused but this is normal since his
first interview. Hamdan language was good by explaining what he wants in
details. He has no problems to work offshore on the other hand he have a problem
to work at night and weekend for family reasons. His goals in the future to
have a higher position in his job as a site manager. The major that he is
studying to many things that is related to the work so he knows now how to save
the company and not wasting money. I found that hamdan has a good eye contact
and he will be much better in the future due to experience. Hamdan was ready
and he prepared himself for the interview. He asked one question. How he will
be evaluated? The manger replays him, by the team leader.
In conclusion this interview was
successfully done the manger and the team leader was happy and
